Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to your communication bearing L/SURV/ONL/PV/SJ/ 2026-2027 / 4163, dated August 21, 2026, seeking clarification from the Company on significant movement in the price of the Company’s security. In this connection, we wish to inform you that there is no information/announcement, including pending announcement, required to be made by the Company which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price behavior in the Company’s scrip. Further we would like to inform that the movement in price of the Company’s Scrip is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven.
