Dear Sir/Madam,
In compliance with Regulation 30, 34 and 36 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, please find attached herewith
the Notice of the 16th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year
2025-26, sent by email on 24th August, 2026 to those Members whose email addresses are
registered with the Depositories as on 14th August, 2026. The same are also available on the
website of the Company at: https://www.eiel.in/investor
The 16th AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 16th September, 2026, at 03:00 P.M.
(IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”).
The Members of the Company as on the cut-off date i.e., Wednesday, 9th September, 2026,
shall be entitled to cast their vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM and to attend
the AGM.
The remote e-voting period shall commence on Saturday, 12th September, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
(IST) and ends on Tuesday, 15th September, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The remote e-voting
module shall be disabled by Bigshare Services Private Limited for voting thereafter. The e-voting
shall also be available to Members during the AGM on Wednesday, 16th September, 2026, to the
Members, who had not voted earlier during the remote e-voting period.
