(IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”). The Members of the Company as on the cut-off date i.e., Wednesday, 9th September, 2026, shall be entitled to cast their vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM and to attend the AGM. The remote e-voting period shall commence on Saturday, 12th September, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and ends on Tuesday, 15th September, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by Bigshare Services Private Limited for voting thereafter.
