The Company has extended full cooperation to the Income Tax Officers during the course of the proceedings and will continue to provide such information and assistance as may be required. The business operations of the Company continued in the normal course during such Income tax proceeding and there is no material impact on the operations of the Company as on date. The Company will keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any further material developments in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
