INR 2,700 Crores). It may be noted that the orders would be partly manufactured in its plant and would partly be sub-contracted and sold on Mercantile Trade Transaction basis. The details, as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI’s Master Circular No.HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as updated, are attached as Annexure – A.
