August 09, 2026 to August 22, 2026, aggregating to approximately ₹5.24 Crores (inclusive of all applicable taxes and
duties) for Domestic supply of Gabion Boxes, DT Mesh, Strong-Mat and Slope Protection Works in the ordinary
course of business, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the respective Contracts/Letters of
Award (LOAs).
Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular
No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure-
