Dear Sir/Madam, In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that our subsidiary company namely Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited has received Export Orders for supply of Spools / Hangers aggregating to USD 286 Million (Approx. INR 2,700 Crores). It may be noted that the orders would be partly manufactured in its plant and would partly be sub-contracted and sold on Mercantile Trade Transaction basis. The details, as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI’s Master Circular No.HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as updated, are attached as Annexure – A. In terms of Regulation 30(8) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this intimation is also being uploaded on Company’s website at www.ratnamani.com.
