This is in continuation of our communication of Board Meeting Outcome dated 14/08/2026 and in
pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), please find attached herewith the Annual Report of Shankar Lal
Rampal Dye-Chem Limited for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, together with the Notice
convening the 21st Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday,
September 19, 2026 at 03:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio Visual Means
(“OAVM”), in accordance with applicable MCA Circulars and SEBI Circulars.
In compliance with Regulation 46 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are
also made available on the website of the Company at www.srdyechem.com , and on the websites of the
stock exchanges, i.e., www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com .
Further, the Company has started the dispatch of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the Notice
of AGM to all members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories/RTA, on
cutoff date.
