This is to inform that the 68th (Sixty Eighth) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of NMDC Limited will be held on Monday, 28th September 2026 at 11:30 A.M. (IST) through video conferencing (VC) / other audio-visual means (OAVM), without physical presence of members at a common venue, in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rules made thereunder and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with all applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI, from time to time, to transact the businesses set out in the Notice of the AGM. Further, in accordance with the said circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, the Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode only to those members whose e-mail address(es) are registered with the Company/Depositories. Further, the Company has fixed Monday, 5th October 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining entitlement of members to receive final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 @ ₹1/- per equity share, if so approved, at the aforesaid AGM.
