The 13th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 07, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conference ("VC") or Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). 2. The Company has fixed Friday, July 10, 2026, as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid on or before Friday, September 04, 2026. 3. In compliance with the applicable circulars, the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent electronically to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Depository. Further, an intimation letter will be dispatched to the Members of the Company, who have not registered their e-mail address, providing weblink including the exact path where complete details of Annual Report 2025-26 are available. The Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the AGM will also be available on the Company’s website at www.aegisvopak.com and on the website of the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively. 4. In terms of Regulation 44 of SEBI LODR and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules 2014, the Company has fixed Friday, July 31, 2026, as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their vote for the said AGM by electronic means. Accordingly, the shareholders holding shares as on the cut-off date for e-voting only shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as e-voting at the AGM. 5. The Company would be availing E-voting Services of MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited). Pursuant to the SEBI circular dated December 9, 2020, on “e-voting facility provided by Listed Companies”, all the individual demat account holders can vote electronically by way of single login credential, through their demat accounts / websites of Depositories / DPs in order to increase the efficiency of the voting process.
