This is with reference to your letter no. NSE/CM/Surveillance/L7391 dt. 2Lst August,
2026, received bythe company on the captioned subject, we would like to clarify that we
are not aware of any information/announcement (including any impending announcement)
which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the scrip of the
Company. The Company has been making prompt disclosures of all events and information
that have a bearing on the operations or performance of the Company including all price-
sensitive information, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has not withheld any material information
that in our opinion would have a bearing on the price movement of the scrip.
The price/volume behavior in the shares of the Company appears to be purely market-driven,
