The LOA has been awarded for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Telecom Material in connection with the deployment of an integrated e-surveillance system across 40+ Manned Non-Interlocked Level Crossing Gates in the Ratlam Division. The project entails the deployment of an integrated e-surveillance and telecom infrastructure across identified railway level crossing gates. The scope includes the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cameras, networking and telecom equipment, Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) and associated cabling infrastructure, racks, power systems and solar-based power solutions. The order comes amid strong order momentum across Magellanic Cloud, with the Group having secured orders worth over ₹111 crore so far in the current financial year. The latest win further strengthens Provigil Surveillance Limited’s presence across the railway, surveillance, telecom and critical infrastructure sectors, and reinforces its capabilities in executing large-scale, integrated surveillance and telecom deployments. The order also adds to Magellanic Cloud’s growing footprint in technology-led solutions for critical infrastructure, further strengthening the Group’s position in the rapidly evolving railway and broader public infrastructure ecosystem. The aforesaid contract has been awarded in the ordinary course of business of the Company and is aligned with its core business of providing integrated e-surveillance, security and technology solutions.
