Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai – 400001 IN Scrip Code: 544080 Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Order of District Excise Department, Indore Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to our earlier intimations to the Stock Exchange dated 22nd August, 2026 regarding (i) the order dated 21st August, 2026 issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India ("FSSAI"), and (ii) the order dated 22nd August, 2026 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench, this is to inform you that the Company has further received an order from the Office of the Collector (Excise), District Indore, whereby the Hotel Bar (FL-3) Licence of the concerned hotel unit has been suspended till the revocation of the FSSAI suspension order or 31st March, 2027, whichever is earlier, pursuant to the order of FSSAI. Further, the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench, vide its order dated 22nd August, 2026, has granted a stay on the order dated 21st August, 2026 issued by the FSSAI. Accordingly, we have apprised the Excise Department regarding the said order of the Hon’ble High Court. The requisite information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereto is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A for your information and records.
