Consequent upon the aforesaid approval of the shareholders and completion of the requisite statutory formalities, the Registrar of Companies/ Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 22, 2026, recording the change in the name of the Company from PRITISH NANDY COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED to PNC MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. Accordingly, with effect from August 22, 2026, the name of the Company stands changed PNC MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED. The change in the name of the Company does not affect its legal status, identity, rights, liabilities, obligations or continuity, and all existing contracts, agreements, licences, registrations and other documents entered into by or issued in favour of the Company shall continue to remain valid and binding under its new name, subject to applicable laws.
