Outcome of Board Meeting

Ceinsys Tech Limited has formed a joint venture with AI Fabrik, Inc, USA to explore business opportunities in sovereign AI infrastructure and services platform in India. The company has approved an initial investment of up to Rs. 25.00 Crores in the joint venture company, which will be funded from the proceeds of the preferential issue of equity shares and share warrants. The company has also appointed CA Richa Jain as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Dy. CFO) with effect from July 6, 2026.
