Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7th August, 2026, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nitin Hariyantlal Datanwala (DIN: 00047544), as Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company, for a second term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 10th August, 2026 up to 9th August, 2031 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company within prescribed timeline. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as „Annexure A‟ The Board meeting commenced at 4:30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 5:00 P.M. (IST). While the Company has generally been diligent in adhering to the prescribed regulatory and compliance timelines, the aforesaid delay was inadvertent and unintentional.
