Pursuant thereto, the Office of Food Safety Administration, Indore, issued an order dated 21st August, 2026 directing partial suspension of the FSSAI licence of the said unit. The Company has filed a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench, on 22nd August, 2026. The Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench, vide its order dated 22nd August, 2026, has granted a stay on the impugned order dated 21st August, 2026 issued by the FSSAI. 2.
