Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Proceedings of Postal Ballot. The company has submitted the Exchange a copy of Srutinizers report along with voting results for three special resolutions: raising funds by issue of Equity Shares through Qualified Institutions Placement, amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company, and private placement of NCDs and/or Debt securities. All three resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
