Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd has announced the voting results and scrutinizer's report on postal ballot through e-voting for passing of special resolutions. The resolutions include raising funds by issue of equity shares through qualified institutions placement, amendment to the articles of association, and private placement of NCDs and/or debt securities. The resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
