Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd has announced the outcome of a postal ballot, where shareholders voted on three special resolutions. The resolutions include raising funds by issuing equity shares through a qualified institutions placement, amending the articles of association, and private placement of non-convertible debentures and/or debt securities. All three resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
