had informed that the 50th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on
Wednesday, September 16, 2026 through Video Conference / Other Audio Visual
Means.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part-A of Schedule-III and
Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we enclose
herewith the Annual Report along with the Notice of 50th AGM and other Statutory
reports for the FY 2025-26, which is being sent through electronic mode to all the
Shareholders of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the
Company/its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participants (DPs).
Further, Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company is
also sending a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered
with the Company/RTA/DPs, providing a web-link for accessing the Annual Report

MARKED BY MILESTONES
Marking GNFC’s Golden Jubilee, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, Hon’ble Chief Minister of
Gujarat, unveiled the commemorative Golden Jubilee Coffee-Table Book and inaugurated
the Miyawaki Forest and Namo Vad Van—two landmark green initiatives. On this
momentous occasion, GNFC also launched ‘50 Viksit Villages, Vision 2047’, a
transformative CSR initiative aimed at developing 50 villages into self-reliant communities
and positively impacting 50,000 to 75,000 rural lives, in alignment with Viksit Bharat @2047.
