The new corporate identity will reflect the Company's expanded focus on establishing advanced research laboratories, implementing eco-efficient green chemistry practices, and offering comprehensive contract research (CRO), development, and manufacturing (CDMO) services. In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on 19" January, 2026, and accordingly, the change of name is effective from the said date.
