Such other name as may be approved by the Central Registration Centre (CRC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs In case any of the proposed names is not available or is not approved by the CRC, the Company shall make an application for the next preferred name in the above sequence. The proposed change of name is subject to availability and approval of the proposed name by the CRC, approval of the Members of the Company by way of a Special Resolution, and such other approvals, permissions and consents as may be required under applicable laws, including consequential amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company.
