Vyas is a qualified chemistry professional holding an M.Sc. (Applied Chemistry) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and has over 25 years of rich experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Management Systems, and Laboratory Operations across the pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, and agrochemical industries. He is also an FDA Approved Chemist recognized by the Gujarat State Authorities. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Vyas held various senior leadership positions with reputed organizations including PI Industries Limited, Navin Fluorine International Limited, ZCL Chemicals Limited (Zandu Pharma), J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Sanofi- Aventis Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Wockhardt Pharmaceuticals Limited. During his professional career, he has gained extensive experience in quality systems, regulatory compliance, analytical method validation, process improvement, sustainability initiatives, regulatory audits, and team leadership. Mr. Vyas possesses significant exposure to national and international regulatory requirements and has successfully handled audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and agencies such as USFDA, EDQM, TGA, WHO, and other global customers. He has also been actively involved in implementation of Quality Management Systems, NABL compliance, supplier quality management, customer quality assurance initiatives, and development of quality-focused organizational culture.
