The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution and services rendered by Mr. Parshotam L. Vasoya during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company. Following the cessation, the Company will initiate the process of identifying and evaluating a suitable candidate for appointment as an Independent Director in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with a view to ensuring compliance with the prescribed Board composition requirements.
