Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter
ended June 30, 2026 submitted to the Stock Exchange.
In this regard, the Company hereby clarifies that the word “Unmodified Audit Opinion”
appearing in Note No. 1 of the Financial Results were inadvertently mentioned due to a
typographical error. The correct opinion, as reflected in Note No. 4 of the Limited Review
Report, is “Qualified Opinion.” Accordingly, the reference to “Unmodified Audit Opinion”
in Note No. 1 shall be read and construed as “Qualified Opinion.”
All other particulars and contents of the Unaudited Financial Results remain unchanged.
