SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSDPoD/ P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July, 2025, the Company vide letter no. TAC/BSE/AGM/2024-25 dated 02nd September, 2025 intimated to shareholders regarding opening of the Special Window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares for a period of six months from 7th July 2025 to 6th January 2026. The said Special Window has subsequently been extended by SEBI for further period upto 4th February 2027 vide Circular no. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/ I/3750/2026 dated 30th January 2026, for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares that were lodged prior to 1 April 2019 and were rejected, returned, or not attended due to deficiencies in documentation or process. With reference to the circular, company vide letter no. TAC/BSE/SEC/2026-27 dated 12TH June, 2026 intimated to shareholders regarding the facility offered. In continuation to the above the Company has published an advertisement regarding the Special Window in Trinity Mirror (English edition) and Makkal Kural (Tamil Edition) on 21st August 2026. As required under Regulation 47(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Newspaper advertisements published by the Company are enclosed.
