HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we hereby inform that Ms. Aadishri Apte vide her resignation letter dated August 21, 2026 has tendered resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company to pursue professional opportunities outside the Company. Her resignation has been accepted and her last working day will be October 16, 2026. Consequently, with effect from the close of business hours on October 16, 2026, she shall cease to be the Key Managerial Personnel authorised for determining the materiality of an event or information and for making disclosures to the stock exchange(s) under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. She shall also cease to act as the Nodal Officer for IEPF and Compliance Officer of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
