Appointment of Directors

Geetanjali Credit and Capital Ltd has announced the appointment of three new directors, including two additional executive directors and one non-executive non-independent director, with effect from August 21, 2026. The appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
