Jonjua Overseas Ltd held its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 21, 2026, where the requisite quorum was present. The meeting was chaired by Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua (Retd.), and the proceedings were conducted in accordance with the Notice convening the AGM. The meeting commenced at 4:30 P.M. and concluded at 7:40 P.M. The Company's Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2026, were adopted, and the reappointment of Mr. Harmanpreet Singh Jonjua as a Director liable to retire by rotation was approved. The appointment of Statutory Auditors and the issue of Bonus Issue were also approved. Limits for Related Party Transactions were set for various entities, and the acquisition of a trade secret from Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua, Retd., was approved. An amendment to the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association was also approved.
