MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dear Shareholders,
It is with great pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to the 16th Annual Report of Aptus
Pharma Limited—the first Annual Report since your Company became a publicly listed entity.
The successful completion of the Company’s maiden Initial Public Offering, comprising a fresh issue of
18,60,000 equity shares of ₹10 each at an issue price of ₹70 per share, including a securities premium of ₹60 per
share, aggregating ₹1,302.00 lakh, and the subsequent listing of the Company’s equity shares on the BSE SME
Platform with effect from 30th September, 2025, marked a defining milestone in our journey. Your trust and
participation in the IPO have provided us with additional resources and confidence to pursue our growth plans
responsibly.
FY 2025-26—A Landmark Year
The financial year under review marked a significant
improvement in the Company’s scale of operations and
profitability. Revenue from operations increased to
₹4,657.46 lakh from ₹2,455.77 lakh in the preceding
financial year, representing growth of approximately
89.65%. Profit after tax increased to ₹461.99 lakh from
₹309.96 lakh in the preceding financial year,
representing growth of approximately 49.05%.
This performance reflects the benefits of increased
scale, higher sales volumes, expansion of the product
portfolio and the Company’s continued focus on
operational and cost discipline.
