With reference to the captioned letter seeking clarification on the increase in volume of the
Company’s securities, we hereby clarify that there are no event(s), information, or developments of
a price sensitive nature that requires disclosure to the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of
SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing
Regulations), which may have a bearing on the operation(s)/performance of the Company or on the
price/volume behavior of the Company’s scrip.
Additionally, it is informed that the Company continuously explores business opportunities in the
ordinary course of its operations. Any unpublished price sensitive information/event arising
therefrom shall be duly disclosed to the Stock Exchanges, as and when required, in compliance
