We would like to update the Exchanges that Visametric LLC, Tajikistan has been de-registered w.e.f August 21, 2026. Pursuant to said de-registration, Visametric LLC, Tajikistan cease to exist as Step down subsidiary of the Company. You are requested to take the same on your records.
