NCC Limited has responded to a clarification request from the NSE regarding its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The NSE had identified discrepancies in the XBRL filing, noting that Earnings Per Share (EPS) in standalone results and Reserves (excluding Revaluation Reserves) were inadvertently omitted from both standalone and consolidated filings. NCC Limited has since filed revised Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results to correct these oversights. The company explicitly stated that these corrections have no impact on the reported financial results themselves.
