date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting in the ensuing Annual
General Meeting Scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The e-voting period will
commence from Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (09.00 a.m. IST) and end on Friday, September
18, 2026 (5.00 p.m. IST) (both days inclusive). The Company would be availing e-voting services of
National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
