In continuation to our earlier letters dated 07.08.2026 & 14.08.2026 and in compliance to
Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to
inform that Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has conveyed postponement of final hearing
scheduled to be held on 25.08.2026 at 11:30 A.M. in the matter of scheme of amalgamation
between Jalpower Corporation Limited (a wholly owned Subsidiary of NHPC Limited) (Transferor
Company) and NHPC Limited (Transferee Company), due to some administrative exigencies. The
fresh date of final hearing will be intimated in due course.
