Reporting boundary: This BRSR has been prepared on a standalone basis and covers the Company's corporate office at Kolkata, manufacturing and operational facilities at Uluberia, Jangalpur, Bagnan (West Bengal), and Guwahati (Assam), as well as its Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) operations. Joint ventures, subsidiaries, and associate entities are excluded from the scope of reporting unless otherwise stated. The Brazil subsidiary/marketing office is excluded from the standalone reporting boundary for quantitative ESG performance disclosures. Its participation in the Company's Business Responsibility initiatives is disclosed in Section A for completeness. 14. Name of assurance provider: The Company has established internal review and validation mechanisms for its BRSR disclosures. External assurance has not been obtained for FY 2025-26. The Company is strengthening its reporting processes in line with evolving SEBI requirements and will undertake external assurance of BRSR Core from FY 2026-27, in accordance with the applicable regulatory mandate for the top 1,000 listed entities. 15. The Company has historically exported to over 65 countries, reflecting its established global footprint and international market presence. b. A brief on types of customers Skipper Limited operates across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) segments. Its B2B portfolio serves power utilities, infrastructure developers, and global EPC players across more than 30 countries. In the B2C segment, through its polymer division, the company caters to homeowners, small contractors, and retail customers with a comprehensive range of PVC, CPVC, and UPVC piping products. Skipper Limited has established a strong retail footprint in Eastern and Northeastern India, supported by a network of over 4,000 retail counters. Its integrated manufacturing capabilities and EPC expertise position the company as a preferred partner for large-scale infrastructure projects as well as consumer plumbing solutions. IV.
