The NSE and BSE have levied a fine amounting to Rs. 21,000/- along with applicable GST aggregating to Rs. 24,780/- each on the Company for the aforesaid alleged non-compliance. The Company is examining the notices received from the Exchanges and shall take appropriate steps in the matter. The aforesaid matter shall also be placed before the Board of Directors of the Company in the ensuing Board Meeting in compliance with the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations and the circulars issued thereunder.
