Annual General Meeting: This is to inform that Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. 21st August, 2026, has decided that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, 28th September, 2026, at 02:30 P.M. (IST) through video conferencing / other audio visual means. Book Closure: This is to inform that Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. 21st August, 2026, has decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 to Monday, 28th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of proposed dividend and 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday, 28th September, 2026. The dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names are on the Company’s Register of Members as at the end of business hours on Monday, 21st September, 2026. In respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be paid to the beneficial owners of the shares as at the end of business hours on Monday, 21st September, 2026, as per the details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose.
