Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of the
Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the
appointment of Mr. Mihir Parikh as Director - Commercial Excellence, BD & Strategy, with effect from
August 1, 2026 and Mr. Amay Ashok Pandey as Director – Oncology Business Unit with effect from
September 1, 2026.
Also, further to our communication dated March 25, 2024, we hereby inform that based on the
recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has approved
the promotion of Mr. Vinay Sharma to Director - Rare Diseases Business Unit from Business Unit
Head - Rare Disease Business Unit, effective August 1, 2026.
These being SMP positions in terms of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find the details as required
