In furtherance of the aforesaid disclosure, the Company wishes to inform that Anant Raj Limited has received the Registration Certi(cid:976)icate under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”) from the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, in respect of the aforesaid residential group housing project, now identi(cid:976)ied as “The Estate One”, situated at Golf Course Extension Road, Sector-63A, Gurugram, Haryana. The project has been registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram, vide Registration No. 56 of 2026, bearing Certi(cid:976)icate No. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1084/816/2026/56, dated August 20, 2026.
