(b) Brief details viz. agenda (if any) proposed to be taken up, resolution to be passed, manner of approval proposed etc.:- This is a Public Notice containing the contents as specified in Rule 20(4)(v) of the Companies (Management and Administration Rules), 2014 as amended from time to time read over with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 read over with its earlier Circulars with particular reference to Circular no. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020, Circular no. 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 and Circular no. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020 on holding of AGM of the Company through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"). As such the details about Agenda, Resolutions and manner of approval are not applicable.
