2025 as part of an arbitration process. The Company shall undertake requisite steps including,
but not limited to, contesting the Statement of Claim in arbitration and filling appropriate
Counter Claim(s).
The Company does not reasonably expect the said litigation(s) to have any material financial
impact on the operations of the Company and that the Company is taking requisite steps to
safeguard its interest.
The details as required under Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No.
SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
