Dear Shareholders,
Message From The Top Management
Dear Stakeholders,
The global pharmaceutical industry continues to navigate a period of profound transformation. Geopolitical developments,
evolving trade policies, regulatory expectations and macroeconomic uncertainties are reshaping the way healthcare
businesses operate across the world. While these factors present near-term challenges, they also reinforce the importance of
resilient organisations that can adapt with agility, innovate with purpose and consistently uphold the highest standards of
quality.
India remains one of the most promising pharmaceutical
markets globally, driven by scientific capability,
manufacturing excellence and an expanding healthcare
ecosystem. Yet, as the industry evolves, sustained
success will increasingly depend on innovation,
operational excellence and the ability to respond to
changing market dynamics with speed and discipline.
At Indoco, these principles have guided us for decades.
As we complete another year of our journey, we are
proud of how our teams have translated challenges
into opportunities while remaining steadfast in our
commitment to patients, healthcare professionals,
customers and shareholders.
Our performance during FY 2025-26 reflects the
strength of this foundation. Across our businesses, we
continued to build momentum through focused
execution, disciplined investments and a clear strategic
direction. Our Domestic Formulations business
expanded its portfolio with the launch of several new
products, including the introduction of Cyclopam AC,
Iceraft Tablets, Triz LM, Sensodent DSP and Sensodent
DCP toothpastes in the OTC segment. We also continued
our strategic shift towards mass specialities, enabling a
more diversified and future-ready portfolio.
The growing confidence of the medical fraternity in our
brands is reflected in our prescription performance.
During the year, Indoco advanced to the 20th position in
the IPM, recording 10.94 crore prescriptions and moving
ahead of several established industry players. Our
Institution division achieved its business targets for the
fifth consecutive year, while Rexidin M Forte Gel emerged
as the No. 1 dentist-prescribed oral care brand. These
