Inauguration of New Flagship Experience Centre in Delhi NCR The Company is pleased to inform that it will inaugurate its new flagship experience centre spanning approximately 10,000 sq. ft. at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, on 26th August 2026. This flagship centre is designed as a comprehensive, multi-format retail and brand experience destination catering to multiple customer and business segments under a single roof and is positioned as one of the largest facilities of its kind for the Company in the Delhi NCR region. The Company believes this initiative will strengthen its direct-to-consumer presence, enhance brand visibility in a key market and support omni- channel growth. 2. Participation in International and Domestic Trade Exhibitions The Company showcased its product portfolio and design capabilities at the following industry exhibitions during the current fiscal year:  HKTDC Fashion InStyle, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong (27–30 April 2026) – the Company exhibited under the ‘Designer Spotlight’ zone, a curated segment for distinctive design-led brands, as part of its strategy to expand global brand visibility.  Bharat Tex 2026, New Delhi (14–17 July 2026) – the Company showcased its collections and manufacturing capabilities at India’s flagship textile trade event. Export Order from France and Growing International Enquiry Pipeline Following its participation in the above exhibitions, the Company has secured an export order from a customer based in France and is in active discussions on a number of additional enquiries received from international buyers. The Company will make further disclosures on the above as and when the relevant developments meet the materiality threshold prescribed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, including in respect of order value, if and when finalised. The above developments are in line with the Company’s stated strategy of expanding its retail footprint, strengthening its brand positioning and growing its international order book.
