Further, the said proposal was approved by the shareholders of the Company via an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on August 07, 2026. We would like to inform you that we have received the approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for the change of the Company’s name. The ROC has issued a fresh "Certificate of Incorporation” reflecting the new name, dated August 20, 2026 (a copy of the certificate is enclosed). The certificate was officially received by us on August 21, 2026. Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed from “Sanginita Chemicals Limited” to “Agastya Energy and Infrastructure Limited” with effect from August 20, 2026. Further, the Company is in the process of filing required documents in respect of its name change to the Stock Exchange for doing the needful. Kindly take the same in your records.
