The Company has received an observation from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on April 20, 2026, stating as under: “It has been observed that such consolidation is resulting in the change in the voting percentage of shareholders. Thus, you are required to provide the approval of Tribunal.” Accordingly, in view of the above observation, the Record Date of Tuesday, August 25, 2026, earlier intimated by the Company for giving effect to the proposed consolidation of Equity Share Capital, is hereby withdrawn and shall not be acted upon.
