Nature and details of action(s) taken or The High Court passed a final order in the order(s) passed; writ petition filed by the company against the Order –In-Original No. 190/GST/JC/VB/RTH/2025-26 dated 30.12.2025 along with the show cause notice dated 09.05.2026 issued u/s 74 of Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 by the Commissioner, Central GST Commissionerate, Rohtak demanding a recovery of refund of INR 6,93,12,901/- along with the interest of INR 1,54,58,004/-. The High Court has decided the matter in favour of the company for squashing and setting aside the impugned show cause notice and the impugned order in original. 3.
