With reference to the signing of the financial results for the period ended 31% March, 2026, the financial results
were signed by Mr. Mukesh Kumar Aggarwal, Managing Director of the company.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar Aggarwal was re-appointed as the Managing Director of the Company for a term of five
years, with effect from 15" May, 2026 to 14" May, 2031. We hereby confirm that the aforesaid re-appointment
of Mr. Mukesh Kumar Aggarwal be and is hereby approved by the board of directors of the company and the
shareholders of the company as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations.
