The proposed change in name shall also entail consequential alteration of the relevant clauses of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the members in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
