Impact on financial, operation or other The closure of operation will be effective activities of the listed entity, quantifiable from 15th day of issuance of the closure in monetary terms to the extent possible direction letter by GPCB so there is no impact on financial, operational or other activities of the Company as on date. Meanwhile, the Company is taking appropriate corrective measures to address the observations made by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and is in the process of submitting the requisite response to obtain revocation of the closure directions issued by GPCB. The Company will update the Stock exchanges of material development, if any, in the aforesaid matter in future.
